We are growing and are looking for talented Human Resources team members to join us! This position will support the operations departments and will implement Human Resource strategies and provide a broad range of Human Resources Generalist functions to support the goals and objectives of the Operation.
In this role, you will provide consultation on content and process to individual managers or client groups in areas including but not limited to:
employee relations, policies and procedures, HRIS data management, Benefits, compensation, talent management, performance management, employee development, staffing and organizational change.
The qualified candidate will have:
Knowledge of federal, state, and local laws governing employee relations practices.
High level of customer service skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality.
PHR preferred SAP (HR Software) Knowledge Education Required:
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Experience Required:
2>5 years Travel Required:

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
