Detail orientated, results driven, computer literate, and bilingual (Spanish/English) required.
Starting pay is $20-$25/hr with full benefits, first shift.
Responsibilities and duties include Assist with payroll and managing the time and attendance program.
Learn, manage, and oversee all data entry regarding HR functions.
Assist with personnel folder maintenance and filing - ensure all is kept correctly Assist with the disciplinary process for the company including advising on attendance problems and other issues as they arise.
Assist with the employee benefit management, insurance enrollment, employee questions, and employee relations Assist with hours reports, data entry for reports and any reporting functions for HR.
Maintain confidentiality with all HR matters and only communicate with necessary individuals on those issues.
Assist with projects for the other plants as needed.
Perform any and all other tasks as assigned.
Monday-Friday 9am-5pm.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
